Cressida Vornholt
I spent 18 years working in restaurant kitchens before I realized most people just need straightforward advice. My focus? Teaching you batch cooking that doesn't turn into a chore. We work through storage solutions, flavor pairing, and how to actually use your freezer correctly.
Theron Quelch
After years of working with busy professionals, I've learned that complicated meal plans fall apart by Wednesday. My approach centers on realistic nutrition — balancing macros without making it feel like homework. I show you how to prep meals that support your goals without requiring spreadsheets.
Branwen Kyte
I create recipes specifically designed for meal prep — not just regular recipes you're supposed to scale up. There's a difference. My sessions cover how ingredients hold up over time, which containers work best, and how to keep things interesting when you're eating the same base four days in a row.
Isolde Bransby
Most meal prep advice ignores the fact that you have other things to do on Sunday. I help you build systems that fit your actual schedule. We talk through workflow optimization, multitasking in the kitchen, and how to prep without spending your entire weekend doing it.
How We Actually Teach This Stuff
Our methods come from watching people struggle with overcomplicated plans. We stripped everything back to what works.
Real Kitchen Demonstrations
You watch us prep actual meals in real time. No sped-up videos or perfect takes — just honest demonstrations of how to organize your workflow and handle common mistakes.
Personalized Feedback Sessions
Small group reviews where we look at your meal prep attempts and troubleshoot together. It's the fastest way to figure out what's not working in your specific situation.
Practical Skill Building
We focus on core techniques you'll use repeatedly: knife skills that speed things up, proper seasoning for reheated food, and how to adjust recipes based on what's in your fridge.
Ongoing Support Access
Questions come up when you're actually doing the work. Our instructors remain available through our community forum where we answer specific questions about your meal prep challenges.
Your Path Through Our Program
Foundation Workshop
We start with the basics everyone needs but most people skip. Proper knife handling, understanding cooking times, and how to organize your kitchen space for efficiency. This two-hour session sets you up properly.
Recipe Adaptation Training
Learn how to convert regular recipes into meal prep versions. We cover scaling, substitutions, and which ingredients work best for storage. You'll practice with three different recipe types during this session.
Storage and Safety Module
This part's less exciting but really important. We go through proper cooling techniques, labeling systems, freezer organization, and food safety guidelines. Prevents a lot of wasted effort down the line.
Weekly Planning Systems
You'll develop a sustainable planning routine that matches your schedule. We work through grocery shopping strategies, time blocking for prep days, and how to adjust when plans change.
Advanced Techniques Workshop
Once you've got the basics down, we cover more complex methods. Sous vide meal prep, fermentation basics, and batch cooking techniques that maintain quality over longer periods.
What Mentorship Actually Means Here
We're not just delivering content and disappearing. Our instructors work with you through the messy parts of building new habits.
Custom Plan Reviews
Your instructor reviews your weekly meal prep plan and provides specific feedback on what might be overly ambitious or where you can simplify.
Direct Access Communication
Ask questions when they come up. Most answers arrive within 24 hours because our instructors keep reasonable schedules and actually check messages.
Progress Check-Ins
Monthly one-on-one sessions to discuss what's working and what isn't. These aren't evaluations — just honest conversations about adjusting your approach.
Resource Library Access
All our recipe templates, shopping lists, and reference guides in one place. You can download everything and use it however you want.
Peer Learning Groups
Small cohorts that meet bi-weekly to share what's working. Sometimes the best advice comes from someone who started three weeks before you.
