Getting Started with Meal Prep

Planning your meals doesn't have to feel overwhelming. We've broken down our approach into straightforward steps that work for real life—not some perfect Instagram version of it. You pick what matters to you, and we help you make it happen without the stress.

1

Choose Your Program

Start by selecting a meal prep program that fits your schedule and goals. Whether you're learning basics or refining techniques, we have options that start in autumn 2025.

2

Learn the Foundations

Get hands-on with proper storage methods, ingredient selection, and timing strategies. These fundamentals make the difference between meals that last and ones that don't.

3

Build Your Routine

Develop a weekly system that actually sticks. We cover everything from shopping lists to container organization so you're not reinventing the wheel every Sunday.

Why Our Approach Works

Most meal prep advice assumes you have endless time and motivation. We don't. Our programs are designed around the reality that you're busy and sometimes exhausted.

Instead of complicated recipes or perfect portions, we focus on practical skills you'll use every week. Things like batch cooking proteins, prepping vegetables that stay fresh, and creating flexible combinations.

Students tell us the biggest shift happens when they stop trying to prep every single meal and start building a reliable system for the meals that matter most to them.

Your Learning Path

Progress through structured modules at your own pace

01

Kitchen Setup & Equipment

You don't need fancy gadgets. We'll show you what's essential and what's just taking up space. Learn proper knife skills and how to use what you already have more efficiently.

02

Food Safety & Storage

Understanding temperature zones and proper cooling methods prevents waste and keeps meals safe. We cover container selection, labeling systems, and how long things actually last.

03

Batch Cooking Techniques

Master the timing and methods that let you cook multiple components simultaneously. Learn which foods reheat well and which don't, plus strategies for maintaining texture and flavor.

04

Menu Planning & Flexibility

Create adaptable meal plans that let you use the same ingredients in different ways throughout the week. Build skills for quick substitutions when plans change.

Classes combine demonstration videos with practice assignments you complete in your own kitchen. We provide feedback on your techniques through submitted photos and written descriptions of your process.

The goal isn't perfection—it's building a system that reduces daily decision fatigue and gives you reliable, decent meals when you need them. That's honestly all most people are looking for.
