Educational Services

What We Offer

Our platform provides meal prep education, recipes, techniques, and cooking guidance. We share what we know about efficient meal preparation. However, we can't guarantee specific outcomes—everyone's kitchen setup, skill level, and learning pace differs.

Program Enrollment

Programs beginning in fall 2025 and early 2026 will be announced by mid-2025. Enrollment is subject to availability. We'll provide detailed information about schedules, requirements, and what you'll actually learn before you commit.

User Responsibilities

You're responsible for how you use the information we provide. This includes:

• Maintaining the security of your account credentials
• Using educational content for personal learning purposes
• Following safe food handling practices in your own kitchen
• Not redistributing our proprietary educational materials
• Respecting other users in community interactions

If you notice someone misusing the platform or violating these terms, let us know. We take community standards seriously.

Intellectual Property

All content on salvatores.delivery—recipes, videos, written materials, photos, design elements—belongs to Salvatore unless otherwise noted. You can use this content for your own meal prep learning, but you can't republish it, sell it, or claim it as your own work.

If you create something inspired by our teachings, that's great. We love seeing people develop their own approaches. Just don't copy our materials verbatim for commercial purposes.

Limitation of Liability

We provide meal prep education, not medical or nutritional advice. If you have dietary restrictions, allergies, or health conditions, consult appropriate professionals before changing your eating habits.

Salvatore isn't liable for outcomes resulting from your use of our educational content. This includes kitchen accidents, food safety issues, or disappointment with results. You're implementing techniques in your own environment, which we can't control.

Privacy and Data

We collect information necessary to provide educational services and improve user experience. This includes account information, learning progress, and site interaction data.

Your data won't be sold to third parties. We use it to enhance your learning experience and send relevant updates about programs and content. You can opt out of communications anytime.

Payments and Refunds

Program fees will be clearly stated before enrollment. Payment terms vary by program type. Once you enroll and access course materials, refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis within the first two weeks.

We're reasonable people. If something comes up that prevents you from participating, reach out. We'll work with you to find a solution.

Termination

We can suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, harass other users, or misuse our platform. You can also close your account anytime by contacting us.

Upon termination, you lose access to educational materials and community features. Any fees paid are non-refundable unless we terminate your account without cause.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Quebec, Canada. Any disputes will be resolved in courts located in Gatineau, Quebec.

We prefer resolving issues through direct communication rather than legal proceedings. If you have concerns, contact us first.

Changes to Services

We continuously improve our educational offerings. This means content, features, and programs may change. We'll notify users of significant changes that affect their learning experience.

Sometimes we need to discontinue certain programs or features. When this happens, we'll provide reasonable notice and alternatives when possible.
